爭取台灣給予，非手術跨性別的法律定位，跨性別可選擇多種欄位的權利(女/男/其他）
 

有"手術的訴求" 或是 "非手術的訴求" 不同的選擇都應該被保障
手術以長遠來看畢竟不如自然的好用並且有多種後遺症無法被照顧到位，
 

故捨棄手術，改採用其他軟性美容建設或穿戴式肢體裝置 等其他途徑與方式來達成心理與生理之平衡。
希望政府給予"非手術"跨性別女性支持，用自我性別認同的女性身份能幫助跨性別女性不再焦慮並能利於日常得以繼續生活。

非手術 - 跨性別 
Non-op TS (non-operative Transexual)
 

自我性別認同感到心理性別與生理性別不一致的，認定自己是另一性別，在外觀或生理上有轉換性別訴求的人，並希望能用另一個性別過日常生活。
 

採用非外科手術轉變性別的方式. 用以滿足心理訴求，以達至訴求者心理與生理取得平衡，以使其繼續生活，由於健康因素或是經濟因素或個人的選擇，以及受地區規範限制的法律打壓自由人權且無自由意志選擇的剝奪生育權與器官自主權，故非手術之跨性別的法律性別認同地位，應有其人權保障的必要。
 

如台灣地區要成為法律證件認同的女人 ，就逼迫要手術摘除器官，在世界人權上是不文明的。 
 

如果一個跨性別女人希望成為台灣的女性,想要具有女性合法的身份證或護照文件，就必須通過手術切除器官，這在世界上是人權不文明的。 

跨性別極度可望獲得法律的認同，請台灣政府照顧到跨性別者的基本人權。

另外除了有關外科手術以外，內分泌荷爾蒙調節。也不能列在必選項之中，而該是列在可選項目中。必選項目只可以是心理諮商輔助認同此項，避免剝奪生育權與器官自主權。
